Do I get one knee pad or two?

Two. Every pack is a pair — one for each knee.

Can I wear them under a gi, spats or a singlet?

Yes. The pad is low-profile and the sleeve is a smooth compression fabric, so it fits comfortably under gi pants, spats or a wrestling singlet.

Which sports are they made for?

How do I pick my size?

Measure your thigh 5 in (13 cm) above the kneecap with your leg straight and use the size finder above. If you're between sizes, go one size up.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle inside the included mesh bag, then air dry. Don't tumble dry, iron or bleach.
